Your new role
IT Support Technical Analyst
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and support - Windows, macOS
Understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP), VPNs, DNS, LAN/WAN. Routers, Firewalls
Knowledge of device management tools Intune, SCCM
Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow
Previous experience working within the Financial Services or Investment Management industry
