Brussels – Full-time – Permanent

Do you have the experience and ambition to lead real estate projects from A to Z? Join a growing company and play a key role in strategic development.

Your mission
Lead the entire real estate project development process, from prospecting to delivery, working closely with the CEO.

Your responsibilities
Advise clients on personalizing their homes.
Adjust technical plans and coordinate quotes.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project progression.
Solve challenges during the development process.
Track market trends to optimize our services.

Your profile
At least 10 years of experience, with 6 years in real estate.
Expertise in purchasing processes, project development, and risk management.
Leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-oriented attitude.
