Principal Engineer - Verification and Test
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: Essex

Role Overview:
As a Product Verification Engineer, you’ll verify and test customer requirements across various projects, combining hands-on tasks in clean-room, laboratory, and office environments. Responsibilities include:
Conducting electro-optical, electrical, and mechanical testing
Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality products
Defining test processes, commissioning equipment, and supporting production
Planning and executing reliability tests

Key Responsibilities:
Manage work packages, ensure high-standard delivery
Develop documentation, train staff
Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues
Support external teams and uphold quality standards

Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Physics/Engineering or related field
Experience in test development and fault-finding
Proficient in LabVIEW or MATLAB
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
