About the job ICT Project Manager

The role within Keystone Solutions involves acting as a consultancy expert within a client site. The successful candidate will be working through Keystone Solutions, engaging in a six-month assignment to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency through structured methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement within teams by creating structure, fostering collaboration, and driving the organization forward in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.
Utilize knowledge of both Scrum and Waterfall processes to help teams evolve towards a unified way of working, demonstrating how this adds value to their daily operations.
Develop and implement an approach to ensure the operational functioning of teams, supported and guided by the Portfolio Management and Organization department to align with the organizational model and similar processes in other departments.
Translate the principles of the organizational model into the daily reality of team processes and methods, ensuring teams are proficient in these processes and methods by the end of the six-month assignment.
Support the management of the ICT and business project portfolio, considering the needs of internal stakeholders and the constraints of technology, personnel, budget, and time. Facilitate the translation of goals into concrete deliverables and actions, maintaining coherence and dependencies between projects within the teams and other relevant projects within the organization.

Skills/Profile

Proven experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects.
Demonstrated ability to handle project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Knowledge and experience with ITIL.
Familiarity with the terminology, organization, roles, and processes of PM methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBok), preferably evidenced by certification.
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
