Robert Half is recruiting for a Technology Success & Adoption Lead for an initial 12-month contract.

**This role is inside IR35**

ROLE: Technology Success & Adoption

LENGTH: 12- 18 Months contract

LOCATION: Hybrid (London) - 3 days on site

PAY: Inside IR35

Role Overview
You’ll drive technology adoption across the business, delivering effective training, enhancing user engagement, and embedding new digital solutions into BAU. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to improve user experience, develop training and guidance tools, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in customer success, user adoption, or training in a tech environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confident using training and presentation tools
Ability to analyse user data and drive actionable insights
Experience designing and implementing adoption strategies
