Payroll and Finance Specialist - Bedford | Hybrid (1-2 days/week)
Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed Term | Mon-Thu 8:30-5, Fri 8:30-4:30

We’re hiring a Payroll and Finance Specialist to join our client's finance team in a manufacturing environment. You’ll lead accurate payroll processing (from manual to digital systems), support HR with payroll queries, and contribute to month-end financials and reporting.

What you’ll do:
Process monthly payroll and HMRC submissions
Handle holiday pay, pensions, salary sacrifice, and benefits
Reconcile accounts and support financial reporting
Collate HR data and create reports
Ensure compliance with HMRC and audit standards

What you’ll need:
Strong UK payroll experience
Manual Payroll experience
Confident with Excel and Sage (or similar systems)
Solid knowledge of UK payroll law
High attention to detail and discretion
CIPP/AAT or similar (preferred)
