Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Junior Application Production Support to join a fast-paced and innovative environment within the financial services sector.
As a Junior Application Production Support, you will:
Be the key point of contact for application-related incidents and service requests, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
Support the Azure tenant daily: monitor operations, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with 2nd/3rd line support.
Assist the IT Asset Manager in optimizing Azure usage, costs, and scalability strategies.
Manage service tickets and support end-users with applicative issues (excluding workplace/workstation services).
Maintain and enhance IT documentation, process compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your profile:
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of Azure services, integrations, Entra ID, SendGrid, Azure firewall, and general application integration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Familiarity with ITIL and information security principles.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
Nice to have:
Certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or basic infosec certs (e.g. CompTIA Security+).
Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, or financial services environments.
Awareness of Azure best practices (CIS, Compliance, etc.).
Work location:
Hybrid model – based in Brussels (Montagne du Parc) with flexible remote work possibilities.
