Tech Programme Manager for Global Cloud & Container Platform Programme within Financial services
Hybrid: 1 day a week in London-based office
Rate: up to £925pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: Initial 6 months

About the Role:
- Lead a cross-functional, global team managing a cutting-edge container platform on AWS
- Drive the development and management of a scalable, repeatable platform, with a focus on Kubernetes and container technologies
- Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure agile delivery aligned with value streams
- Oversee hardware integration and experimental tech initiatives, balancing risk and innovation
- Play a key role in shaping a complex, high-stakes programme with a fixed deadline and low latency requirements

What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical background in AWS, DevOps, containers, Kubernetes
- Proven experience managing large-scale, risky programmes with clear end dates
- Exceptional communication skills to navigate cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Experience in agile practices, value stream alignment, and managing experimental tech
- Ability to adapt and refine project scope across a global remit
