Fimador are currently looking for motivated and analytical graduates to join a small operations team as as an Operations Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the world of FX and CFD trading, working at the intersection of technology, finance, and operations.

As a Graduate Operations Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting real-time trading activities, analysing trade flows, ensuring accurate reporting, and developing automation tools. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and learn how to monitor trading systems, manage data pipelines, and ensure trade execution and reconciliation are running smoothly.

What you’ll Learn and Do:
Monitor and analyse live trade executions and system performance.
Work with modern trading platforms and financial data systems.
Help automate reporting, P&L calculations, and operational workflows using tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI.
Understand how trades are executed, settled, and reconciled in high-volume environments.
Collaborate with trading, compliance, and technology teams to ensure smooth operations.

What we’re Looking For:
A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
A genuine interest in financial markets, trading systems, and data-driven operations.
Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or SQL) is a bonus, but not required — we’ll help you build those skills.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
