Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Contract: Permanent, Static 4 on and 4 off (07:00 am : 07:00pm)

Salary: GBP48,000pa

Are you an experienced electrical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? Seeking a new challenge. My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical maintenance engineer to join a team on a site in London. This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training

Benefits Will Include

GBP48,000 basic
1 in 4 on call GBP100 pounds and only during the shifts will not be called when you are off

Main Duties Will Include

Perform the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and associated plant equipment across the campus, ensuring they meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime, ensuring timely repairs and
maintaining service continuity.
Maintain accurate and up:to:date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, providing clear documentation for management and clients.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high:quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Level 3 in electrical
18th edition
Experienced with electrical PPMs within building services
