**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Executive
**Role Summary:**
Dynamic digital marketer responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Works independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, managing website content, SEO/PPC activities, social media, email marketing, and e‑commerce listings while providing support across the business.

- Demonstrate creativity, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and act as liaison between Marketing and IT.
- Continuously develop digital expertise and stay current with industry tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and update websites using CMS platforms (Webflow, Odoo, WordPress); monitor performance via GA4, Google Ads, GSC, Semrush, Looker Studio.
- Support SEO and PPC efforts, including Google Ads optimization and performance reporting.
- Create and publish content and graphic assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn focus) to enhance brand presence.
- Plan, execute, and analyze multi‑channel campaigns; report ROI.
- Manage online marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, B&Q) and sponsored items.
- Assist with event and trade‑fair planning, including literature and stand design.
- Conduct data mining and segmentation for targeted email marketing; manage campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Provide general marketing support and act as a bridge to IT functions.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data‑analysis capabilities; comfortable handling large data sets.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, Odoo, WordPress).
- Social media management (LinkedIn essential).
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong grammar and adherence to style guides.
- Preferred: B2B marketing, Google Analytics/Looker Studio/Semrush, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), e‑commerce site management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Email Marketing) are advantageous.
