Sales and Marketing Manager : Wedding and Events Venue, Oxfordshire, A GBP 35k : A GBP 45k DOE

We are working with a Wedding and Events venue in Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager to join the team. You will be responsible for creating the strategy, coming up with creative ideas and promotions to market the venue and drive awareness.

The Role

Handle incoming enquiries and convert into confirmed business
Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy
Meet with key clients and agencies to ensure relationships are maintained and nurtured
Identify new opportunities to drive venue awareness
Proactively reaching out to new potential clients
Assisting with delivery of marketing campaigns using multiple channels including webpage content, email marketing, social media and PR

The Ideal Candidate

A proven track record in event sales and marketing from a venue or hospitality background
Previous experience within weddings
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer relationship management
A creative thinker
Strong organisational skills and detail orientated
