Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
Integrate and interpret data from Rulebook (Verisk) and OpenTWINS (Trace) systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
Optimise Power BI data models and ensure accuracy, performance, and usability
Maintain documentation for reports, data models, and processes
Work closely with IT and the Reporting team to ensure data quality and consistency
Support project delivery aligned with strategic objectives and timelines
Design and implement report templates for external client use while ensuring security, usability, and professional presentation
Ensure reports are compliant with relevant internal policies and industry regulations

Requirement:
Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
Solid understanding of insurance industry data and reporting needs
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning
Familiarity with or exposure to Rulebook (by Verisk) and OpenTWINS (by Trace) is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience in building external-facing dashboards and understanding of report security and user access controls
