Here at Harvey Nash, our client is seeking to recruit a Site Reliability Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis as the organisation continues to grow.

The role will focus on building and maintaining infrastructure to support systems and related technologies, while empowering software engineers and cross-functional teams to excel in their work.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining tools and libraries that enable software engineers to self-serve in delivering new features.
Embedding within teams and projects on a semi-autonomous basis, acting as a subject matter expert in infrastructure and software delivery.
Enhancing monitoring capabilities to promote shared ownership of system reliability and debugging across all teams.

The client is seeking candidates to work with their Linux-based operating system hosted on cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with the team. Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Azure and Kubernetes, is required. Familiarity with Terraform, the Cloud Development Kit (CDK), and .NET would be a plus.
