Are you a passionate Software Engineer with solid experience in Golang, eager to work on mission-driven projects that create meaningful societal impact?

We’re working with a well-established organisation who are using cutting-edge technology to tackle real-world challenges. They have a young, forward-thinking team in a growing Bristol office. This is an agile, fast-paced environment where your ideas and initiative will make a real difference. You’ll work on evolving systems, collaborating closely with product teams to deliver tech that matters.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Go.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
Take ownership of deployments and contribute to the wider DevOps culture.
Ensure performance, reliability, and security across the platform.

Requirements for Success:
Strong commercial experience developing in Golang.
Experience using TypeScript (backend/frontend)
Familiarity with cloud services and containerisation tools like Docker.
Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative startup environments.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take on technical ownership.
