A leading specialist Build-to-Rent developer and operator is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its London-based investment team. With a growing portfolio of high-quality rental homes across the UK, the company is backed by a well-established real estate investment firm and is on track to significantly expand its platform in the coming years.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in the continued growth of a dynamic real estate business, working across acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring potential real estate acquisitions.
Conduct financial modelling and cash flow analysis for new investment opportunities.
Assist in due diligence, market research, and commercial valuations.
Prepare investment committee materials and support the transaction process from origination to execution.
Provide post-closing support and ongoing asset management responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years experience in real estate investment, debt, or private equity.
Strong financial modelling skills (Excel proficiency is essential).
A commercial mindset with the ability to assess investment opportunities critically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong academic background from a leading university or business school.
