Job Title: HR Specialist (Fluent in Spanish)
Manchester area - 2 days/on site with 3 days remote
Immediate start required

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to join our Human Resources team. You will support a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and employee relations across Spanish-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with HR documentation, contracts, and compliance aligned with Spanish labor laws
Serve as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support payroll administration and HRIS data maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and improve employee experience

Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment
Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR) is a plus
