Solutions Architect - Higher Education

My client is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive the implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM for student registration at a leading university. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across four schools, guiding their transition to an interactive voice response solution and contributing to the university's long-term vision of integrating AI and chatbots.

You'll bring:
* Proven CRM experience (MS Dynamics preferred)
* Telephony knowledge
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with Omnichannel tools and Digital Wave Finder a plus

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital future of student engagement in higher education.

The role has been deemed outside IR35 and the work will dictate the amount of onsite required (1-2 days per week).
