Platform/Application Support Analyst- Linux / AWS / Python/MySQL/ITIL

Platform/Application Support Analyst, with Linux support expereince, is needed to work with our Higher education client within their agile product team supporting key digital platforms.

This role combines support responsibilities with hands-on involvement in lightweight development and release management activities across a modern cloud-based infrastructure.

Your will be responsible for providing first-line support through a service management ticketing system, triaging and resolving issues from internal users. Managing incidents, changes, and capacity issues in line with ITIL best practices.

Essential Expereince

Platform/Application Support Analyst- Linux / AWS / Python/MySQL/ITIL- Desirable Expereince

This role offers a chance to enhance development skills and potentially transition into a more development- or automation-focused position.

Pay Rate: Circa PS370.00 per day (inside IR35) for a 6-month initial contract

Hybrid working: Remote with 1 day on-site per week in London.
