Mission:

Within the Engineering division of THALES Belgium, the Software Engineering discipline is responsible for all the software development activities on products, projects and services provided to customers worldwide.

As an experienced and dynamic Application Software Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, software architects and testers (15 to 20 people, mix of internal and external), ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure software for our customers. You are also responsible for the respect of software development guidelines and principles on the different projects, in line with Thales' processes. You will report to the Head of Software Engineering.
