Your new role
You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users across the London office. This role is ideal for someone who has 1-2 years experience in IT Support and is keen to develop their career in IT Support.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in an IT support role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Strong communication / customer service skills
Charismatic and eager to learn more about IT Support
Ideally have some experience with: Windows, Citrix, VmWare Horizon
