About the Company

"In the beginning I looked around and could not find quite the car I dreamed of. So I decided to build it myself."

Inspired by these words from our founder Ferry Porsche, everyone at Porsche Cars GB is driven by dreams. First realised in 1948 when Ferry created the first Porsche sports car, the 356 'No 1' Roadster, this visionary ethos continues to guide us over seven decades later. Encouraging us all to chase ambition. To fulfil our true potential. To push the limits of what's possible. To add vibrancy to the everyday. To dream in full colour.

Porsche Cars GB, based in Reading, Berkshire, is wholly owned by Porsche AG in Stuttgart, and is the fourth largest market globally for the luxury sports car manufacturer. With 46 Porsche Centres across the UK and Ireland, including our Porsche Service Centres, our trusted business partners in the retail network welcome owners, fans and enthusiasts.

Additionally, the unique tracks at the Porsche Experience Centre, Silverstone, offers owners and fans a fascinating environment to explore the performance and technology of our cars.

Job Description

Job title: Executive - Technical Assistant to the CEO Role Summary: Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO and executive team, facilitating strategy development, project management, and board-level communications within a high‑profile automotive environment. Expactations: - Deliver measurable impact through independent project ownership and execution. - Maintain high‑level stakeholder engagement and influence across all organizational levels. - Communicate complex technical insights in clear, data‑driven formats. - Demonstrate adaptability within a fast‑paced, multinational automotive context. Key Responsibilities: - Co‑lead PCGB strategy initiatives and develop the Project Management Office aligned with strategy objectives. - Act as liaison between PCGB, PAG, and executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication and timely project updates. - Prepare executive and board‑level presentations (Business Review, Shareco, All‑Staff Briefings, dealer/investor meetings) and maintain a centralized PowerPoint library. - Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align support with business goals and collate key performance data for reporting. - Facilitate complex technical matters, ensuring the CEO has actionable insights for decision‑making. Required Skills: - Proven track record in independently leading complex projects with measurable results. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel) for data storytelling. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, with influence at all levels. - Strong conceptual and analytical abilities. - Experience in the automotive sector (OEM, wholesale, retail) and understanding of Porsche/VW Group ecosystems. - Proficiency in German (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
