Role
As the Executive - Technical Assistant, you will be tasked with providing support and organisational leadership to the CEO and Executive team ('ECM') in the primary areas of strategy and culture development, project management, executive and board-level presentations and meeting preparations.
You'll act as a key facilitator and enabler for the CEO to focus on driving our corporate strategy forward, ensuring the CEO has the right information, insights and follow-ups to make effective decisions whilst also helping manage complex technical matters.
Responsibilities:
Shared responsibility for providing strategic and technical support to the CEO including Co-Lead for PCGB strategy initiatives
Develop and rollout Project Management Office in alignment with the Strategy department
Act as a bridge between the PCGB and PAG department teams and the CEO, ensuring smooth communication, providing updates and tracks progress of some important projects that need CEO oversight
Support the CEO and ECM with the preparation for key strategic meetings such as Business Review Meetings, Shareco Meetings, All-Staff Briefings, major Dealer/Investor meetings and other shared ECM forums
Create and maintain a PowerPoint "library" of all presentation materials for each of the functional areas supported
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to gain a deep understanding of each business function, ensuring that all support and input provided is strategically aligned with their key outputs and project goals
Responsible for the gathering and collating of key performance data into suitable or prescribed presentation formats
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
Proven track record of independently leading and delivering complex projects with measurable impact
Extensive experience within the Automotive sector across OEM, wholesale, and retail environments
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for data-driven storytelling and strategic reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
PAG Germany or Other National Porsche/VW Group Subsidiary experience
Foreign language (German)
High Level of conceptual and analytical skills
