**Job Title:** Product Operations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive execution of high‑impact product initiatives, aligning product, engineering, sales, and operations across multiple regions. Own go‑to‑market strategy, manage enterprise client interfaces, and lead complex cross‑functional projects to deliver on time and within scope.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver major launches with clear metrics and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate enterprise needs into actionable product plans and challenge assumptions before new development.
- Provide structured communication and visibility across teams and regions.
- Navigate ambiguity, prioritize initiatives, and adapt strategies in fast‑moving environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own GTM strategy and execution for critical product initiatives tied to OKRs.
- Select launch partners (restaurants, markets) across France, UK, and US.
- Align product, engineering, sales, and ops on launch plans, responsibilities, and success metrics.
- Provide structured communication and visibility for key rollouts.
- Act as primary interface for enterprise clients, translating multi‑product requests into clear, actionable problems.
- Convert enterprise requirements into execution plans, track progress, and reduce PM/engineering overhead.
- Lead large‑scale projects combining technical, operational, and partner elements; coordinate engineering, field, and external partners for timely, quality delivery.
- Bring structure, accountability, and momentum to projects where complexity creates friction.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Technical Program Management (TPM) in tech, SaaS, or fintech.
- Strong GTM execution across multiple teams and geographies.
- Collaborative leadership that fosters accountability with minimal process overhead.
- Exceptional cross‑functional communication and alignment skills.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and multi‑product projects.
- Structured, detail‑oriented project management track record; delivers on time at scale.
- Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and ability to bring clarity and prioritization.
- Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
- Data‑driven, analytical skills; defines, tracks, and interprets success metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent product management certification preferred.
