About The Role
As a Partnerships Manager at sunday, your ultimate goal is to manage and grow a portfolio of our reseller and referral partners. You'll work to maximize net revenue generated through our indirect channels by enabling, activating, and supporting partners to sell and promote sunday payment solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of reseller and referral partners (POS, Loyalty Providers, PDQ Maintainers)
Drive partner success: onboarding, enablement, training, co-selling, and ongoing support
Build joint business plans with partners and ensure flawless execution
Monitor partner pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal progression
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partners have everything they need to succeed
Deliver Net Revenue growth through partners and become their trusted business advisor to grow their sunday clients portfolio
About You
3+ years in partner account management, channel sales, or indirect sales in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
Strong commercial skills: ability to drive revenue through partners
Excellent relationship management, negotiation skills
Structured and data-driven: comfortable with Salesforce (Metabase is a plus)
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-scaling environment
