**Job Title**
Business Process Automation Analyst
**Role Summary**
Strategic analyst supporting enterprise-wide AI and automation initiatives. Interacts with cloud, SaaS, marketing, and internal application stakeholders to capture detailed requirements, assess and prioritize use cases, and recommend appropriate tools, platforms, and processes. Does not perform hands‑on implementation; focuses on solution design, documentation, and cross‑functional alignment.
**Expectations**
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for AI/automation projects.
- Deliver structured, actionable recommendations that align with business value and feasibility.
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and decision points for stakeholders.
- Operate independently while fostering strong collaboration across multiple business units.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conduct deep requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders in cloud, SaaS, marketing, and internal application domains.
2. Evaluate existing and emerging AI/automation use cases to determine priority, feasibility, and business impact.
3. Document needs, timelines, decision‑making criteria, and key milestones in a structured format.
4. Prepare and present clear recommendations on tools, platforms, and processes to leadership.
5. Understand functional aspects of APIs and modern cloud/SaaS ecosystems to inform recommendations.
6. Collaborate closely with platform leads (e.g., Boomi) and technical teams.
7. Build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments and maintain consistent cross‑functional communication.
**Required Skills**
- 4–8+ years as Business, Technical, or Product Analyst.
- Proven ability in requirement gathering, stakeholder interviewing, and process documentation.
- Experience working with cloud, SaaS, platform teams, and marketing/communications groups.
- High‑level understanding of APIs and modern cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a skill for simplifying complex concepts.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure in unstructured contexts.
- Ability to engage multiple groups without deep expertise in a single domain.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are a plus.
