**Job Title** Client Success Manager – Physician Group Initiatives **Role Summary** Manage and grow a portfolio of physician groups, delivering end‑to‑end support for DoctorCare’s Practice Care services. Build trusted relationships, provide expert guidance on practice management, patient enrolment, and funding models, and drive continuous improvement of the client experience and service offering. **Expectations** - Own a portfolio of physician group clients; act as the primary point of contact. - Deliver proactive, high‑quality support that improves operational efficiency and patient outcomes. - Sustain strong, long‑term relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and anticipation of client needs. - Serve as a trusted advisor on Ontario Ministry of Health policies, enrolment, and billing processes. - Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate client insight into product enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client Relationship Management** – Establish and nurture relationships with physician group leaders; provide timely, reliable communication and support. 2. **Consultation & Expertise** – Guide clients in optimizing group and individual practice performance; explain patient enrolment and funding models; stay current on Ministry policy changes. 3. **Onboarding & Education** – Lead physician onboarding sessions; deliver training on Practice Care features and best practices; ensure smooth handover from Sales. 4. **Issue Resolution** – Liaise with Ministry of Health and internal teams to resolve client inquiries and tickets; manage escalations. 5. **Continuous Improvement** – Collect and analyze client feedback; identify workflow inefficiencies; recommend process and service enhancements. 6. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations to share client insights and shape future offerings. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in client success, account management, or a comparable client‑facing role. - Strong relationship‑building and communication skills (written & verbal). - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management abilities. - Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret workflow data and propose solutions. - In-depth understanding of health‑care billing, revenue cycle management, and Ontario Ministry of Health enrolment/funding frameworks. - Proficiency with EMR systems and practice‑management software. - Ability to educate, onboard, and influence with clinical and administrative stakeholders. - Collaborative attitude; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Health Informatics, or related field. - Proven experience in health‑care billing, practice management, or provider support. - Certification such as Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) or Certified Practice Manager (CPM) is a plus but not mandatory. - Fluency in English (additional languages desirable). ---
