The opportunity
WELLSTAR, a majority-owned subsidiary of WELL Health Technologies Corp, is a high-growth SaaS company with a focused objective of reshaping healthcare through digital enablement. Our innovative solutions are designed to streamline care delivery, integrate healthcare systems and improve patient outcomes.
We have a newly created opportunity for a highly accountable self-starter to join us as a Marketing Manager. You will take ownership of leading the management and execution of marketing initiatives for WELLSTAR and our Nexus AI(™) product line. In this role, you will be responsible for content development, events and trade shows, and digital marketing. You will take ownership of orchestrating our presence through strategic communications, marketing campaigns, and impactful events to build our brand, generate demand, drive customer engagement and measure success across all channels.

What you will do:
Build the foundation. You will help build on WELLSTAR’s corporate brand, content, and communications strategy at a critical stage of growth—shaping how the company tells its story to investors, partners, customers, and employees as it scales AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Create with purpose. You will lead content development across WELLSTAR corporate marketing and AI product lines, translating complex AI and healthcare concepts into clear, credible, and compelling narratives. Content creation is the core of this role and includes thought leadership, blogs, social media, webinars, videos, and email campaigns that support adoption, trust, and impact.
Position AI products for impact. You will directly support our AI product lines through product marketing initiatives, including customer-facing collateral, event and trade show materials, and launch-ready messaging that connects technology innovation to improved patient outcomes.
Activate growth channels. You will own end-to-end digital marketing execution of website content and updates, email marketing programs, SEO, Google Ads, and performance analytics, building repeatable, scalable programs rather than one-off campaigns.
Bring WELLSTAR to the market. You will lead marketing support for industry events and trade shows, owning timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure WELLSTAR and its AI platforms are represented with clarity, credibility, and consistency.
Establish external credibility. You will support early-stage investor relations and help build foundational PR practices, shaping messaging, supporting submissions, and coordinating outreach as WELLSTAR increases its market visibility.
Work at the centre. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and growth teams, acting as a connective tissue between strategy and execution to ensure messaging aligns with roadmap, customer needs, and commercial priorities.
Own and evolve the function. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting standards, managing priorities, and continuously improving how marketing operates as the company grows.
