Job Title: Transformation & Industrialisation Manager – Professional Services (H/F)
Job Description: Job Title: Transformation & Industrialization Manager - Professional Services Role Summary: Lead the strategic development, operational performance, and client excellence of the Professional Services department to support Estreem’s growth as a European payment processing leader. Expactations: Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, software/SaaS implementation, or integration services. Proven expertise in project management, pre-sales, and P&L management. Prior experience building or transforming a Professional Services department in a SaaS environment is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Structure and govern the Professional Services team, defining roles, KPIs, and agile integration practices. - Oversee client project delivery (planning, budget, quality, risks), ensuring alignment with product and tech teams. - Manage client contracts, SLAs, and contractual commitments for integration projects. - Coordinate pre-sales support, client onboarding, and risk management for key accounts. - Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, scalability, and revenue growth. - Recruit, manage, and mentor teams while fostering a client-centric, quality-driven culture. - Implement and optimize tools (ticketing, documentation) for service delivery efficiency. Required Skills: - Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. - 10+ years in consulting, SaaS implementation, or project leadership roles. - Strong project, P&L, and pre-sales management experience. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SaaS industrialization, and cross-functional coordination. - Fluency in French; English proficiency (written and verbal) preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. - Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
