Job Title: Supply Chain & ERP Deployment Assistant (Intern or Alternant) Role Summary: Configure, optimize, and manage an ERP system to streamline production and operational processes for a tech company integrating hardware engineering (Exceenis) and AI-driven industrial machine manufacturing (Prodeegy.ai). Focus on supply chain logistics, AI integration, and cross-functional process automation. Expectations: - Implement custom ERP configurations to meet industrial manufacturing requirements. - Analyze and improve operational workflows using AI-driven automation. - Ensure seamless stock management for hardware components and mechanical parts. Key Responsibilities: - Configure ERP system (supply chain, inventory, production modules) tailored to high-precision industrial manufacturing. - Design AI tools to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., data entry, part classification). - Transition historical operational data to new ERP platform. - Train staff on ERP usage and identify process improvements. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align system capabilities with operational needs. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply chain management. - Proficiency in Excel and database management. - Familiarity with AI concepts and industrial workflow automation. - Analytical problem-solving and detail-oriented organizational skills.
