Graduates gain exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Accounting and Commercial Finance, with a focus on operational finance, process improvement and financial planning. The role supports a professional qualification pathway (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) within three years. Expactations: * Complete all rotation assignments and achieve assigned learning outcomes. * Undertake professional accounting exams and qualify within the programme timeframe. * Demonstrate mobility, visiting multiple UK and Ireland sites as required. * Show continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder engagement. **Job Title** Packing Operative **Role Summary** Pack red meat products in a high‑volume processing facility, ensuring cuts are correctly identified, weighed, labelled and packed according to client specifications and SOPs.
