Join a dynamic team as a Web UX Designer, where you'll create engaging and impactful digital experiences. This role offers a chance to transform marketing requirements into compelling designs that align with brand standards and drive business success.
Responsibilities
Design wireframes and prototypes that prioritize usability and align with visual design standards.
Collaborate with global teams to translate marketing requirements into meaningful web interactions.
Contribute to the design system by documenting design processes and decisions.
Apply user research and testing insights to enhance user experience.
Communicate effectively across various organizational levels to ensure alignment and project success.
Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition.
Understanding of user research and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
Preferred Skills
Experience with React and Material UI.
Familiarity with enterprise web content management tools like Sitecore.
Skills in prototyping and animating with tools such as Webflow and Adobe After Effects.
Experience with Storybook for design system documentation.
