Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer (Service Desk Support)
Location: South East England - On-site, 5 Days a Week
Salary: PS30,000 - PS32,000
Clearance: Security Clearance Required (Support Provided)

We're hiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting a high-profile training establishment in South East England. What You'll Be Doing
Responding to and resolving service desk tickets within SLA timelines.
Supporting Windows 10 and Windows Server environments.
Deploying software and images using SCCM.
Managing Active Directory and Group Policy.
Working with virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
Participating in occasional project work alongside day-to-day support tasks.
Maintaining documentation and adhering to security and change management policies.
What We're Looking For
Experience in 2nd line support, desktop support, or technical support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and server environments.
Familiarity with SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
Bonus: Experience with Office 365, Teams, Exchange/Outlook.
Must be SC clearable (support provided if not already cleared).
Full UK manual driving license required.
