1st Line IT Support Engineer : GBP24,000 to GBP26,000 : Midsomer Norton

I am seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to work in a high performing IT Team. The right 1st Line Support Engineer will be a part of a small team and will be working 5 days a week onsite. Ths is a full time position that requires good communication skills.

Take calls and provide 1st Line support on the phone

Escalations to 2nd Line
Appications support: Training Provided

The Right 1st Line IT Support Engineer Must Have

Prior basic IT background
Willingness to Learn
