Delivery Support (Divestiture Tech Carve-Out) - 6 months+ - Hybrid/London - PS550/PS600 Outside

We are looking for a contract Delivery Support/Manager to join a small team working on a divestiture Tech Carve-Out/Tech De-Coupling project.

To apply you should have the following skills/experience:

Previous experience of working on a tech separation and a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) - with battle scars
Excellent interpersonal skills/be communicator
Very strong organisational skills
Effective divestiture planning skills
Strong relationship building, collaboration & teamwork ethic
No direct reports and you need to have very hands-on delivery expertise (a doer, not a manager)Nice to haves:

Any insurance/FS Tech Separation (ideally in a cloud based environment)
Agile/P4 exposureStart ASAP.
