Project Manager - Acquiring Payments/Process Modelling - Dutch or French Speaking
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Acquiring Payments solution for the SME segment, on behalf of a major financial institution.
You'll play a key role in launching a merchant payment acceptance product (eg POS, card acquiring) designed for SME clients. This role connects product, IT, risk, and go-to-market functions to ensure seamless delivery and operational readiness.
Deliverables
Drive the end-to-end rollout of the payment product, from pilot to full launch
Coordinate across IT, risk, support, marketing, and external partners
Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on deliverables
Manage the PARP (risk review) process and related compliance steps
Prepare product documentation, internal comms, and go-to-market materials
Support incident resolution, post-launch feedback, and RFP responses
Skills Required
Solid experience in acquiring payments: POS, card acceptance, merchant onboarding, acquiring operations
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination
Understanding of digital flows and ability to engage with IT/security teams
Familiarity with risk processes, especially PARP
Proficiency in Visio and ARIS for process modelling
Fluent in English; Dutch strongly preferred, French a plus
