Interim Opportunity: Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Lead - Manufacturing / Healthcare

Location: Flexible - Europe

Start Date: Within 2-4 weeks

Duration: 3-6 months initially, with potential to extend

Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35, if UK-based)

A leading industrial group active in the Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors is seeking an experienced PMI Lead to support the integration of recent acquisitions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of value delivery.

What You'll Do:

Drive the end-to-end post-merger integration process across workstreams
Align operating models, systems, and teams while ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
Partner closely with functional leaders (Ops, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure integration plans are delivered on time and within budget
Track synergy capture, monitor risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience delivering PMI in complex, multi-site organizations (Manufacturing or Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
Structured, analytical, and outcomes-driven approach
Able to operate with pace and confidence in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
