About the Company:

The Third-Party Risk Manager (TPRM) is responsible for overseeing, managing, and mitigating information security risks related to vendors, service providers, and contractors, in compliance with the NIS2 directive. This role ensures that external partners meet security standards and policies, and do not introduce unacceptable risks to operations. The manager builds strong relationships with third parties, facilitates risk assessments, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to strengthen business resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish governance and processes for third-party risk management.
Evaluate and classify third parties based on criticality.
Support development of vendor security policies and procedures.
Ensure all third parties are compliant with NIS2 requirements.
Develop risk scoring methodologies and conduct due diligence.
Ensure contracts meet cybersecurity and privacy (GDPR) requirements.
Monitor risks in the supply chain and third-party dependencies.
Oversee compliance and performance metrics (KPIs), SLAs, and audits.
Coordinate incident management in line with NIS2 timelines.
Work cross-functionally with departments such as ICT and procurement.
Design training and awareness programs related to NIS2 compliance.
