HYBRID WORKING - 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

What You'll Do
Deliver world-class support and solutions to clients
Build and manage relationships with smaller accounts
Run product demos and help identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing
Attend client visits, exhibitions & conferences
Log insights in HubSpot CRM
What We're Looking For
2+ years in Customer Success (ideally SaaS/Tech)
Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)
Adaptable, proactive, and driven
