Marketing Engagement & Events Specialist - EMEA (CRM & Data Focus)

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to lead outreach and registration for

executive-level customer events across EMEA. If you enjoy translating data into action, collaborating across global teams, and driving engagement at the highest level, this role is for you.

Location ;Hybrid London
Contract ; 6 months
Salary ; PS80k - PS90k pa

What You'll Do

Own customer invitation strategy for exec-level events across EMEA.
Maintain and optimise CRM data across platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics).
Lead registration setup, manage timelines, and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to deliver targeted comms.
Build scalable processes and automate data flows with analysts.
Report on customer engagement, pipeline metrics, and data quality.

What We're Looking For

Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
Strong CRM/marketing ops background - ideally across EMEA.
Familiar with Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Dynamics, Power BI.
Skilled in stakeholder management and SOP development.
Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Confident working at pace, across regions, and with senior audiences.
