The Role

As a Senior CRM Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers are targeted, engaged, and retained. You'll be responsible for defining and building player audiences, driving campaign effectiveness, and ensuring data integrity across CRM channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with stakeholders across the business, using analysis to optimise campaigns, inform strategy, and ensure best-in-class CRM practices.

You will:

Define and build audiences for multi-channel CRM campaigns
Optimise ROI through actionable insights and campaign analysis
Provide reporting and recommendations to influence senior stakeholders
Create and optimise data fields, aggregations, and targeting rules
Ensure governance, integrity, and compliance in audience targeting

Your Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience working with data in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
Strong background in CRM analytics, campaign targeting, and customer insight
Hands-on experience with SQL and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Unica)
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Proven ability to interpret data and translate into actionable recommendations
