Description
Provide support to first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Log and track support requests, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols in all activities.
Profile
A successful IT Support Technician must have:
New starter creation within Hybrid Exchange
MS Office troubleshooting
Intune device and user management
Desk support
MS Teams meeting room support (Yealink and Creston devices)
Laptop build through autopilot
A successful Junior IT Support Technician should have:
Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
An ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technology trends.
Less than 3 years experience
Job Offer
A daily rate of approximately PS130 - PS140 depending on experience.
A supportive and collaborative working environment in Crowborough.
