Job Title: HR & Organisational Development Manager

Location: East Sussex (near Lewes)

Contract: 12-month FTC

Salary: c. PS54,000 - PS56,000

LHH is delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking organisation in East Sussex to recruit a HR & Organisational Development Manager for a one-year fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a strategic impact by leading a talented HR team, shaping workforce planning, and driving organisational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of 4 direct reports within a wider HR function
Develop and implement robust workforce planning strategies
Provide HR data insights and predictive analytics to senior leadership
Design and deliver organisational development and engagement programmes
Oversee complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment law
Ensure effective delivery of HR services, including recruitment and onboarding

What We're Looking For

CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership experience within HR & OD functions
Strong workforce planning and organisational development expertise
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
A track record of driving cultural change and employee engagement
