Our client is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive growth across their top accounts in the UK & Ireland. If you're commercially sharp, ambitious, and ready to make a real impact, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding strategic enterprise accounts while securing new ones, particularly in the CAD/PLM space. Your day-to-day will include:

Managing and growing a portfolio of 10-15 key enterprise accounts
Re-engaging quieter or lapsed clients to uncover opportunities
Developing account plans and owning the full sales process
Partnering with product, customer success, and technical teams to deliver value
Keeping your pipeline strong and forecasts accurate in the CRM
Offering support and guidance to junior colleagues when needed

About you

This role is a great fit if you:

Have 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or digital solutions
Are confident selling to C-level decision-makers
Bring experience in CAD, PLM, simulation, or digital transformation
Can navigate complex sales cycles and contract negotiations
Are commercially astute, target-driven, and skilled at building trust
Work well independently but thrive in collaboration
Are confident managing your own pipeline through CRM system
