Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the PV industry.
Manage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales contracts.
Monitor project implementation in coordination with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide sales forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate pipeline management.
Support and mentor junior sales staff when needed, contributing to the team's overall performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related fields .
At least 3 years of direct sales experience in the solar industry (photovoltaics, energy storage, inverters, etc.), with proven success in achieving sales targets.
Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
Solid knowledge of contract negotiation and commercial/legal terms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first and results-driven mindset.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
