Location: Belgium (or remote with travel to Belgium as needed)

Experience: 9 - 10+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions in a non-insurance domain such as retail, banking, logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience in driving strategic initiatives and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

BA-Strong domain knowledge in non-life insurance claims
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors.
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the application.
Experience with enterprise applications (ClaimCenter experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
