The project:

Our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Senior Business Analyst Claims to join their team.

Main activities of the Business Solutions department:

Project management within Business Solutions and/or across the organization: day-to-day followup of the project and monitoring of planning/budget/scope aspects.
Conception and mastering of solutions (business needs analysis, ideation, requirements, ...)
Driving the delivery of solutions implemented in IT departments
Testing, Delivery and Support of solutions
Relation management within organization or external to organization

The Business Solutions Claims team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and work on key projects related to development of business solutions for claims management operations.

The Senior Business Analyst will be a key role in project management, business needs analysis, solution delivery, testing, and support of these projects.

Is this you?

Fluent in Dutch and/or French
Good knowledge of English
Master in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management or equivalent by experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Mastering of Visio or other BPM tools
Case Management tool
Out-of-the-shelve Claims software
Business Analysis
BPMN & CMMN
Business Architecture
Insurance Non Life, Claims processes
Digital
