Compensation: $20-$25/hr
Location:ONSITE, Katy, TX
Fraud Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a thriving retail company to help find an eager and motivated Fraud Specialist to join their team!

The Fraud Specialist will assist with the monitoring and management of suspicious activity relating to purchases within retail stores across the US.

Responsibilities:

Fraud monitoring using company tools to identify and manage suspicious activity related to in store purchases
Managing disputes with customers and credit unions and creating dispute packets with all details until resolved
Reporting and managing rules setting to ensure all documentation meets company standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Cybersecurity or similar area of study
Experience working a non-traditional schedule, after 5pm and weekends, preferably in a customer facing, retail or restaurant capacity
Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work onsite in Katy, TX

Experience working in a corporate environment
