Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience)

US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD, and H4 EAD only. No Third-party agencies, Corp to Corp

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for annuities-related projects.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have experience with Guardian Insurance.
Strong knowledge of Annuities and related financial products.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with other insurance carriers or financial services.
Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks in insurance.
