Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Market Insights Analyst to support our marketing and community engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making, market research, and building relationships with consumers in diverse market communities and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program Development: Build and manage research programs to uncover actionable market insights.

* Methodology Design: Develop and implement research methodologies tailored to regional and demographic needs.

* Market Recruitment: Identify and engage participants across diverse markets for surveys and studies.

* Community Engagement: Foster relationships with universities and local organizations to support research efforts.

* Survey Execution: Launch and manage surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and others.

* Data Analysis: Analyze survey results and present insights to internal stakeholders using Excel and other tools.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR Associate degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, dashboard creation).

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Detail-oriented with a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Qualtrics, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, Tlanuna, Circona, or other survey creation tools.

* Working knowledge of SQL and Python, especially within Qualtrics or similar platforms.
